What exactly can I share inside of my personal QR space?

You can share a wide range of information in your QR code, including instructions for home appliances, house rules, nearby supermarkets, places to visit, local events, restaurants, activities, and how to get to your city's most famous locations.

Feel free to upload images, videos, or even share clickable Google Maps links for easy navigation.

However, we strongly advise to not share sensitive information like safe codes, check-in/check-out details, or the location of key objects. Our QR codes are designed to enhance your guest's experience that has already checked in, so keep the content helpful and guest-friendly!

What is the difference between digital templates and physical templates?

Digital and physical templates serve different needs, each with its own advantages and considerations.

Digital templates are a great choice if you're looking for something cost-effective and versatile. Once purchased, a digital template is available for all your current (and future!) QR spaces, making it ideal for who has multiple apartments. They are also more affordable than physical templates; however, they do require a bit of setup work to tailor them to your specific needs.

Physical templates, on the other hand, are perfect if you need a custom design for a single apartment and want a hassle-free solution. They require no effort from you to set up since everything comes ready to go. However, physical templates take more time to arrive due to delivery, and they are generally more expensive than digital templates.

Ultimately, the choice depends on whether you prioritize versatility and cost-effectiveness (digital templates) or a tailored, hands-off solution (physical templates).

I don't know which plan is the ideal one for me, how do I choose?

Choosing the ideal plan depends on your specific needs. If you plan to share lots of images and videos and want to keep each voice very detailed and specific, the Premium plan would be the best choice for you, as it offers the most value with these features.

If you're looking for something simpler, don't need to share as much media, and prefer a more streamlined experience, a lower plan would likely suit your needs better.

To be sure a specific plan is ideal for you, think about the amount of content you want to share and how dynamic you'd like your QR code to be before making your decision.

Can I use MyQRBnB for more than one property?

Yes. If you manage more than one property, you can create a separate QR code for each place.
This allows every apartment, room, or vacation rental to have its own information, instructions, maps, images, videos, and useful tips for guests.

Can guests access the QR code without downloading an app?

Guests only need to scan the QR code with their phone camera. The guest guide opens directly in their browser, so they do not need to download an app, create an account, or install anything before accessing the information.

Can I update the guest guide after printing the QR code?

Yes, once your QR code is printed, you can still update the information inside your guest guide at any time.
The QR code stays the same, while the content behind it can be changed whenever you need to add, remove, or edit guest information.

I got a free QR to test the functionalities and I want to upgrade it, can I do that?

At the moment upgrading a free QR to a paid plan is not supported. Our free QR code is created for testing purposes only and will automatically be deleted 14 days after its creation, so there's no need to worry about removing it yourself.

If you ever need another free QR in the future, you can easily subscribe to one at any time!
